EECD Lelystad exists to serve the community, inside and outside the walls of the church. If you're walking through a hard season, or simply need help with something concrete, we can walk with you.
Prayer and pastoral support
If you need prayer for something specific, or want to talk with someone, a pastor or a member of the team, message us. Anything you share with us stays in confidence.
Spanish-Dutch language exchange and classes
If you're from Latin America or Spain and learning Dutch, we offer spaces to practice and exchange with Dutch-speaking members. The other way around too, if you want to practice your Spanish, we welcome you just as warmly.
Food and emergency financial assistance
If you're walking through a financial crisis, food, rent, urgent expenses, the church has a diaconal fund to help in a targeted, discreet way. Message us through the contact form and we'll respond quickly.
Help with Dutch paperwork
Letters from the Belastingdienst, UWV forms, GP appointments, registration with the municipality, child benefits… If the Dutch paperwork feels overwhelming, we have volunteers who can help you understand and respond.
What a person actually needs
And above everything above: if what you're looking for is a real encounter with God, that's why this church exists. We don't have all the answers, but we know the One who does.
